Happy New Year

First of all thank you all SO much for following this blog! Please continue to spread the word to anyone that you think would benefit from the information posted.

I hope that your Christmas and New year celebrations went well and that your sugar didn't get too out of control.

There are so many options in diet for diabetics. Do take care! As one with diabetes it's important to watch not only your foods but your physical activity! As I've said before stay active. Here are a couple of diets found that could help with a diabetes reversal (it of course takes time) and these are only for options and ideas. Make sure you do get the proper amount of right kind of foods.

Also don't forget that the next Diabetes Lunch and Learn meeting at the Extension office is on January 18th 2012 at noon! The Speaker will be Karen Squires. It's sure to be an excellent discussion and time with some great food as well! Hope to see you there!
